North American Power Is Now Available in Maryland
The new energy supplier, North American Power, is now being offered to Maryland residents. Residents can switch to North American Power to save money on their energy bill.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) December 8, 2010 --
The search for a new energy supplier by Maryland residents is now officially over. North American Power, based out of Norwalk, CT, can offer residents of the 'Old Line State' lower rates on their electricity bill.
The eligible utility regions in Maryland are Baltimore Gas and Electric (BG&E) and the Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO). North American Power is offering a rate of $0.0959 per kilowatt hour (kWh) for each utility. Residents who switch can expect to pay around 11.6% to 14.8% less for their electricity compared to their local utility.
This is very exciting news for customers of BG&E and PEPCO because for a long time they were forced to pay what the utility company charged. Now, thanks to the deregulation of the energy market, customers finally have a choice and North American Power is at the forefront, to help customers save as much money as possible.
This new energy supplier has future plans to expand to additional utility regions in Maryland and will announce them over the next few years. As a utility customer of Maryland, it is recommended that you shop around and compare rates so that you may avoid paying too much.
