Fears have been raised following her increasingly gaunt and painfully thin appearance in recent weeks.
And pictured before she headed home from Oahu, Hawaii, wearing the smallest of playsuits, the 17-year-old almost disappeared as she turned sideways in a car park.

And earlier today Ali was seen looking pale and gaunt as well as sporting dark circles around her eyes back in Los Angeles.
The 17-year-old was dressed in a grey T-shirt which hung off her frame and the low-cut top highlighted her collarbones which were seen jutting out.
Ali was seen strolling with a friend but was looking exhausted.

Last night the model jetted back from Hawaii with her sister after enjoying a short vacation on the island.
While the sisters might have missed their flight, with Lindsay missing her appearance on Ellen DeGerenes’s show, they managed to make it to the Staples Center to see the Jay Z and Kanye West concert. While Ali was smiling as she was seen jetting into LAX she still couldn't hide her thin frame with her chunky cardigan.

The teenager had teamed the oversized coverup with a pair of tiny shorts which emphasised her ultra slim legs, which showed her thighs were as slim as her calves. Last week Ali stepped out at a model casting and showed off her pencil thin frame. While she has denied she has undergone plastic surgery there is growing concern for her health as she appears to be looking thinner and thinner. A spokesperson for Ali was unavailable for comment. While Ali was out and about in L.A. her sister Lindsay made her court date to check up on her probation.
