Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) will celebrate the achievements of recent NEIU graduates and members of the Asian community at the NEIU Asian American Heritage Awards Gala:
• Faculty Award of Excellence: Sangmin Bae, Political Science Department, NEIU; Maureen Wang Erber, Psychology Department, NEIU
• Student Award of Excellence: Yesoe Yoon, Communication, Media and Theatre, Music Departments, NEIU

• Alumni Award of Excellence: Annum Qureshi, B.A. ’09, NEIU
• Administrator Award of Excellence: Kyu Young Park, International Programs, NEIU
• Staff Award of Excellence: Rohitkumar Joshi, Learning Center, NEIU
• Community Service Award of Excellence: Ruth Kaushal, Naya Jeevan Jiresh Center
