Northrop Joins as Sponsor of Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Defense & Military Symposium

Kerry Scarlott is the Director, International Trade Law for Goulston & Storrs. He has particular expertise in technology-based clients where he assists them regarding import and export compliance, foreign sales and distribution of products, overseas manufacturing and sourcing, establishing strategic alliances and joint ventures, and acquiring and selling businesses. Kerry lectures and writes regularly on international trade matters and is active with the National Defense Industrial Association and the Massachusetts High Tech Council.
