Nova Verta Premix: optimizes the heat diffusion, brings consumptions down and reduces the emissions

(Free-Press-Release.com) April 2, 2010 -- Premix Gas Burner by Nova Verta was launched on the market in two different models: RX250 for temperate climates and RX350 for cold climates. Its use, in spray booths, allows a homogeneous distribution of the heat in the phases of painting, flash-off and bake.

Moreover, Premix Gas Burner allows to reduce the consumptions, that are necessary to reach the right temperature in the booth: the lab tests show that only three minutes are required to join the temperature of 60° C, having, in this way, an energetic savings of the 50%.

The flame modulation, optimized by the premixed combustion technology, allows to reduce the consumption in every phases of the production. It follows a combustible saving and a reduction of CO and NO emissions. The analysis supplied by Nova Vera show that NO emissions are <80mg/KWh, while the tests made upon the products already sold, document that CO emissions are equal to 1 ppm (parts-per-million).

Premix Gas Burner is an optional that places Nova Verta Spray Booths at the higher level of performances, respecting the law for environmental protection.
