Nova Verta Preparation Area: APP1 and APP2

The preparation area model APP with plenum filter is available in two variants: line 1 and line 2 which differ, mainly, in size, the first one mm 6140x3680 and the second mm 6140x7360 because it consists in two attached preparation areas so to meet the demands of larger volumes of work. These two lines have three distinct sets, which vary for technical and structural features.

The series 1000, for example, has a Pit style with central grates, the series 2000 a Raised metal base, the series 3000 a Back flow. All the models have, as standard, 8 or 16 lighting fixtures with 4 neon tubes of 36 Watts each., 1 or 2 Dry exhaust group type "EE1" with an electric motor 4 kW (5.5 HP), a centrifugal fan, 1 pneumatic BY-PASS for air recycle and a control panel.

Nova Verta Designers established that an high level of aspiration and a great performance of the filters were the most qualifying element of the Preparation Areas. Many different options are available to enhance and improve the performance in this delicate phase of work that can positively or negatively affect the final painting. So Nova Verta takes part, once again, in its customers efforts offering innovative solutions that improve and facilitate their daily work.
