Nova Vita Salon & Spa Partners with OC Recycling for Earth Day

One year after receiving the Green Teams Award from OC Metro Magazine & Churm Media, Nova Vita Salon & Spa is renewing their commitment to being “Green”. Nova Vita is challenging the OC community to Recycle, Reduce & Reuse in honor of Earth Month, and is accepting recyclables from April 1st-April 30th at their facility. Strengthening relationships within the community, OC Recycling has partnered with Nova Vita Salon & Spa for this community outreach event and will be recycling all donations, as well as matching the amount of funds earned, with 100% of all proceeds to be donated to The Foundation for the Great Park. Nova Vita’s goal is to make recycling accessible, and to educate the public on how simple changes in daily routine, such as the changes Nova Vita incorporated into their business model over a year ago, can drastically reduce each person’s carbon footprint. The end result is a cleaner, safer, and sustained environment for future generations to enjoy. Recyclables can be dropped off Monday-Saturday from 8am-7pm, at Nova Vita Salon & Spa located at 13011 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780. To celebrate Earth Day, Nova Vita will also be hosting an Earth Day Festival on April 16th, from 11am-3pm. Greenwala and OC-based Ripple Kids Foundation will be on-site hosting eco-friendly craft projects for children, while Eminence Organic Skin Care will be offering consultations on their 100% organic skin care line. Complimentary appetizers will be provided by Nieuport 17 and Christaki’s while Energifitness, Tustin’s eco gym, will be offering tours of their new environmentally responsible studio next door to Nova Vita.
