Nova Vita Salon and Spa will open its doors to host the first ever Orange County book signing of “My Life in Loubies” on Saturday October 22nd, 2011 from 11am-1pm featuring Author Erica Negi. “My Life in Loubies” is the break-out novel by Orange County resident Erica Negi, which made its debut in May 2011. Determined for her light-hearted, escapist read to see the light of day, Negi chose to ignore early criticism and move forward with publishing. Meet Author, Erica Negi: Erica was born in Pennsylvania but now calls Orange County, California home. She earned an Undergraduate Degree in Secondary Education and French from Temple University and her Masters in Reading, Writing and Literacy from the University of Pennsylvania. Erica has always had a passion for writing. In fact, her first book, My Little Sister Penny, handwritten and self-illustrated was a huge hit with her parents. From school papers to diaries, Erica continued writing (and practicing her signature), so much so that she became a Reading Teacher, inspiring young children and always implementing a thematic book-making lesson, similar to the one that inspired her.
