Ocala Broker Earns Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate Designation
David Bradshaw, Florida real estate broker and auction strategist with Tranzon Driggers was awarded the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation from the National Auctioneers Association’s Education Institute, at the NAA Real Estate Summit held in Atlanta on February 7-8, 2012. Earning the AARE designation requires successful completion of three courses with extensive training in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate marketing, property valuation, and preparing properties for auction, production of an auction case study and documented participation in ten real estate auctions. Fewer than 350 individuals in the United States have been awarded the prestigious AARE designation.
A former banker, who understands the needs of the lending community, David specializes in timely solutions to facilitate reduction of REO portfolios and to avoid conversion of non-accrual loans to bank owned property. He is experienced in the sale of commercial, residential, and special use properties such as self storage, multifamily and RV parks.
Licensed as a Florida real estate broker since 2005, David joined the Tranzon Driggers team in 2011. He is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Banking program, and earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
As the fastest growing segment of the quarter trillion dollar auction industry, real estate sold at auction now tops $58.5 billion annually, as increasing numbers of lenders, corporations and individuals turn to real estate auctioneers to sell their properties.
