Preferred program to deliver an employer services program to OEN Company Members.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tualatin, Oregon, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) October 26, 2011 -- Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN) and Xenium have developed a preferred program to deliver an employer services program to OEN Company Members.

The OEN/Xenium Employer Services Program will include consulting, employer resource guide and options for the integration of payroll processing and group benefit programs -- which include group medical, wellness, employee assistance program, 401(k), supervisor training and workers’ compensation programs.

As part of the program launch, OEN and Xenium are offering a complimentary one-hour consultation and Employer Resource Workbook to OEN Individual and Company Members to provide employer guidance.

The Employer Resource Workbook includes detailed sections on: Business and Employer Licensing, Options for Payroll and Tax Processing, Human Resources Strategy for Small Employers, and Various Types of Employer-sponsored Benefit Programs.

Additionally, OEN Company Members have access to preferred rates for employer service programs through Xenium, which include an integration of HR consulting, payroll processing and group benefit programs for their business.

The goal of the program is for OEN Members to be better prepared to manage the people side of their business plan.

OEN’s member base is comprised of many small businesses that often have difficultly accessing employer resources and cost-effective group programs; this need is driving the partnership between Xenium and OEN.

“We consistently try to find ways to help OEN Individual and Company Members grow their companies,” stated OEN President, Linda Weston. “And when the opportunity to partner with Xenium for group programs arose, we were delighted. Companies want to focus on growing their business and not focus on the logistics of human resources.”

Xenium President, Anne Donovan added, “Many of our long-standing business relationships started when the business was in start-up mode. We thought the partnership opportunity with OEN was a perfect fit since we excel at helping small businesses grow while developing the best practices necessary to be regarded as a great employer. The Employer Resource Workbook and consultation should be a great start in helping the OEN Individual and Company Members become great employers.”
