bank instruments MUST BE UNENCUMBERED. NO UPFRONT FEES.

We only DISCOUNT callable and verifiable bank instruments, and provide 100% NON-RECOURSE

(1) We DON’T discount bank-to-bank via MT-760 or MT-799 or any bank-to-bank procedure, but only by
client’s issue of verifiable documents of Patriot Act documents (CIS, History of Funds, etc);
(2) Our minimum: 10million. No maximum.

ALL COMMUNICATIONS ONLY IN ENGLISH. Messages to me must state the bank instrument only in
USD or EUROS not in crores, lacs, rupiahs, etc. If interested, you have to provide us with your LOI and
BCL and a scanned copy of your BG/SBLC before these parties will even consider your request.
