American Global University School of Medicine wishes to provide a statement with respect to the arrest of a
previous employee of the medical university: Floyd G. Jackson.

Floyd Jackson provided AGUSM with employment credentials at the time of his employment which were later
found to be fraudulent. Mr. Jackson was released of his employment duties with the medical university on
October 22, 2011. Sometime between his termination date and October 24, 2011 Mr. Jackson had

unauthorized access to the campus facility where he unlawfully removed property and files belonging to the
medical university.

Mr. Jackson has unlawfully written malicious correspondence using medical university stationary and a
fraudulent medical university title in an attempt to discredit American Global University School of Medicine,
its faculty members, and the owners of the medical university. In his correspondence he has provided false
information as to his position with the university.

American Global University School of Medicine filed a police report with the San Pedro Police Department.

AGUSM was requested to return to the police station to identify items recovered by police from Mr. Jackson’s
residence. The stolen items recovered were recognized as AGUSM property.
