• Ohio mini-COBRA” program: state continuation coverage has been extended from 12 months to 15 months so that Ohioans who lose their jobs can continue to benefit from federal subsidies to maintain Ohio health insurance coverage.

• Individuals under an employer sponsored health insurance plan now receive favorable state tax treatment for the coverage of “qualifying relatives” and members of the tax payer’s household, irrespective of income and support
