Ohio Medical Marijuana Event to Attempt Foursquare "Super Swarm"

Columbus, Ohio, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) October 1, 2010 -- Ohio Compassion and other groups are coming together to help educate Ohioans about medical marijuana with a rally on the Statehouse lawn in Columbus, Ohio on October 16th, 2010 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The event will feature guest speakers from law enforcement, health care, and patient backgrounds as well as educational displays and handouts.

A major highlight of the event will be a mass Foursquare checkin at noon in an attempt to unlock the elusive Super Swarm badge on Foursquare, a badge that can be obtained when 250 people simultaneously check in from the same place. This badge has become the most highly sought-after of all Foursquare badges, rewards earned for certain achievements using the geolocation-based social network.
