In the past three years, Caeroscene IT Solutions GmbH has built up a special marketing network, a high quality software package, a global fuel-program and offers 24/7 dispatch and flight support service in co-operation with partners all over the world. Meanwhile, the clientele of Caeroscene comprises nearly 90 aircraft operators with more than 400 aircraft in Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. This fleet allows Caeroscene to negotiate the best handling rates and fuel prices. Robert Kurz: “We are expanding rapidly! Adapting to meet customer needs

The Caeroscene iFrame is another interesting feature; the iFrame makes use of the Caeroscene search engine and can be integrated into any website. Hence, aircraft operators, brokers and aerodromes have the opportunity to integrate an interactive reservation system into their website. The price structure of Caeroscene aims at keeping the primary investment costs as low as possible. The application of Caeroscene Global Fuel, for instance, does not require any expense except for a refundable security deposit. The fuel carnets are provided free of any charge. Apart from that, the monthly costs depend on the flight hours of the aircraft operator. The user fee for the software package – the “Caeroscene Client” – and the fees for Caeroscene Flight Support are only charged in relation to the actual flight hours; however, a maximum cap will be evaluated in this respect. “….by doing so, we help our clients to save costs in economically difficult times, whereas in prosperous times we moderately participate in their success“, says Mr. Kurz.
