Onida launches a fresh campaign
Onida launches a new campaign to strengthen the bond between consumer insights and product designs

Onida is all set to give a fresh look to its brand campaign. MIRC Electronics, promoters of Onida made the announcement on Saturday. The new campaign which is already on air has a ‘new age couple’ as its protagonist, replacing the decades old ‘Devil’ campaign.
This advertising strategy includes new brand positioning and a complete makeover on how Onida understands and responds to its consumers. With this new campaign, the company is addressing the youth segment and is trying to establish the brand as more than a TV company by expanding the awareness of other products as well.
K. Sriram further stated in one on the interviews that Onida has restructured its core organizational processes so that it can strengthen the bond between product designs and consumer insights.
Onida will now promote its products with new campaigns by understanding the taste of the consumers. Mr. Sririam also said that the company had made investments in its Roorkie facility which manufactures washing machine.
