Online Coaching Program Helps Professionals Find the Right Career Path for Long-term Success

The program is designed to help those who are currently dissatisfied at work to identify and take action toward achieving their “R.I.G.H.T.” career path—an acronym developed by career coach Chrissy Scivicque.

The new group coaching program is built on this concept. The goal is to help participants find the career path is “R.I.G.H.T.” for them, and help them begin taking steps to achieve long-term career fulfillment.

Participants will attend bi-monthly webinars as well as group discussion calls and will complete a variety of individual exercises on their own between sessions. The program is broken into four parts: Envision, Explore, Evaluate and Execute. Lessons are designed to build on one another, guiding participants as they develop a comprehensive understanding of their professional goals and, ultimately, create a detailed plan of action.
