Should Same-Sex Marriage Legislation Be Enacted?

Meanwhile, gay bars, special clubs for people, whose sexual orientation differ from the majority, continue to appear. In those places lesbians and gays can feel themselves like everybody, without being distinguished due to their uncommonness.

And the struggle for same-sex marriages recognition that has been boiling in the USA, hasn't reached our country yet, but this question is already widely discussed in the Internet and medias. It is worth supposing the question of same-sex marriages legalization to arise before our deputies in our country in the near future.

And should the society recognize homosexual relations equal to those between a man and a woman? Does it make any difference? No matter how they think about same-sex marriages, they exist and will continue to exist. And the creation of same-sex family with the moral values, which underlies a traditional alliance is unlikely do cause harm to somebody. In the case if the union is conscious and exclusively mutual decision of two adult people, it is impossible to think out any violation here. Because we have a right to dispose our fate and to decide independently, whom to make sex with.

At least, now we began to think more tolerantly about same-sex unions, which is conspicuously corroborated by the figures of a poll hold out, where more than 60% of interrogated stated that they are not against same-sex people union.
