Open Martial Arts Tournament Saturday July 16,2011 in Sioux Falls

Sioux Falls, South Dakota, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) July 15, 2011 -- This will be the first open martial arts tournament in Sioux Falls in over ten years. Martial arts schools from Council Bluffs, Mankato, Aberdeen, Rapid City, Sioux City with styles of Karate, Judo, Mixed Martial Arts, Tae Kwan Do and Jujitsu will be competing.

Starting at 10 A.M. the Sioux Falls Open will offer Divisions for: Traditional Forms, Sparring, Grappling and the popular Free Style and Weapons. The divisions are open to ages from 12 & under to 35& up. The most anticipated division of Men's Black Belt Sparring has two events for ages 18-34 and 35 & up.
Unique medals, trophies and swords will be awarded with Grand Championship awards to competitors in all Forms divisions and all 13 and up Sparring and Grappling divisions.

Dynamic Martial Arts focuses on providing the highest quality tournaments in South Dakota. The Sioux Falls Open is second in a series of South Dakota martial arts tournaments. Points for Competitor of the Year will be awarded at the Sioux Falls Open. The final and third tournament of the series is the Martial Arts Championship which will be held in November.
The martial art Jujitsu fosters self discipline and builds character while encouraging healthy competition among athletes. Tournaments provide a meeting place and competition ground for Sparring, Grappling and Jujitsu enthusiasts enabling them to learn from one another while they also enjoy the fun of competition and demonstrate their skills.
The Sioux Falls Open in Sioux Falls coincides with the famous Sioux Falls JazzFest weekend and KRROFest giving competitors and their families a chance to enjoy a fun and exciting weekend in the largest city in South Dakota.

Registration: Closes July 16, 2011 at 1:30 P.M.
Registration Cost: $35 one event, $40 two events, $45 three events, $50 four events.
Admission: $5 Adults, $2 kids 12 and under
