Operation Catch and Release: Terrorism

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 27, 2009 -- Externally imposed and conventional military operations are expensive, slow and archaic. Todays terrorists are motivated by ideals that can't be easily understood by traditional American schools of thought, outdated historical and culturally naive perspectives. Terrorism must be defeated on its own terms by Islam from within itself.

There has never been a more clear and evident case for a strident "divide and conquer" technic than the fight against radical Islam.

A first step is to implement techological warfare. A simple yet effective tool would be the implementation of a "catch and release" policy applied to confirmed and alledged terrorists.

American technology can easily and inexpensively support the use of GPS chips implanted into terrorists caught in the field or during covert operations. These chips would be planted into suspects completely without their knowledge. The same terrorists would be quickly found "innocent" and released into the public. They would be monitored for a undetermined period to see if they can lead security forces back to a base of operations.
