The working environment of sand maker equipment leads to the rusting of sand making machine, which is a normal chemical reaction. 3) High-pressure water abrasive derusting: by the impact of high-pressure water jet (plus the grinding effect of abrasive), the prized role of water damage and corrosion and the coating¡¯s adhesion on the plate shelves. Its characteristics are: no dust pollution, no damage to steel and high derusting efficiency.

4) Daubing anti-oxidation paint derusting: daubing mineral oil, paint or enamel on the surface of ironwork, or plating a layer of metal such as zinc, tin, chrome, etc by electroplating or hot dip. The surface of these metals can form a dense sull that can prevent contacting with water, air and other materials.
