Orange County Food Truck “Soho Taco” Makes OC Fair Debut

Orange County, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) November 27, 2011 -- One of the best reviewed taco catering companies in Orange County recently launched its gourmet food truck and is now poised to make its first stop ever at the popular food truck hotspot OC Fairgrounds.

The Orange County based gourmet food truck, which specializes in preparing tacos on handmade tortillas to order, recently held its launch party earlier this month at nearby FIND Art Gallery also located in Costa Mesa. Since then the company has garnered favorable reviews throughout the Internet especially on Yelp, where it is currently rating 5 out of 5 stars for both its catering and food truck services.

The company attributes its acclaim to their simple, yet high quality Mexican cuisine techniques. Most tacos, such as the chicken, steak and pork usually come with the main ingredient on a tortilla and nothing more. Music provided by a DJ may be on hand as well as a cash bar for the convenience of the patrons. Additionally, admission and parking are customarily free of charge.

Large crowds are anticipated and early arrival for dinner service is strongly suggested.
