orange insurance is it a complete scam
I lost my phone and because i could not tell orange exactly where i lost it im not covered by their insurance .

I drove from peterborough to essex i know i had the phone leaving ,i stopped for fuel ,not sure wheither i had the phone in my pocket or the truck when i got fuel only noticed the phone was missing when i went to put it on charge that night .
Orange has told me because i dont know where i lost it im not covered ,surely if i knew where i lost it ,then it would not be lost .
