OrderlyStats allows you to monitor the variance in addition to the mean of the key statistics and enables you to see the trend in calls over periods from hours to years.

OrderlyStats is available in two different formats, as an easy to use Managed Service, or a Server Edition that you can download and install in your own Asterisk based call centre. The basic Server Edition is free and the Managed Service is free for call centres with two or fewer seats. Both versions are free for a trial period.
