Ortiz Heating & AC Experiences Business Boom In East Bay

San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) July 17, 2011 -- San Francisco is well-known for its temperate weather conditions, which can make it somewhat difficult to run a Heating and Air Conditioning operation there. Ortiz Heating & Air Conditioning, a local San Francisco Bay Area HVAC expert, knows just that. Lately, however, there’s been a change in climate and business for the company. The East Bay and South Bay business has been booming for the company due to higher temperatures within the area.

“We usually do a lot of advertising for San Francisco and the Peninsula area, which is where one of our hubs is located. Due to recent online marketing campaigns, it’s become easier for us to expand our reach to other areas within the greater San Francisco and San Jose area. We’ve expanded towards the East Bay and South Bay, and have seem a jump within our sales”, said Alex Ortiz, owner.

Their expanded efforts have proven very worthwhile, and they hope to continue to expand their marketing in those areas. Right now air conditioning repairs seems to be at its peak, and the majority of their business, due to the season. However, while expanding their territory, they also plan to let the new territories know about their other services. In areas where the HVAC system is running more often, due to more extreme temperatures, routine duct cleaning is a necessity. Ortiz Heating & AC hopes to raise this awareness.

“It’s great that we can take our business to other areas within the Bay Area, but we want to also promote our other services, not just air conditioning repair and maintenance. We want to be around for other seasons as well. During the “winter” months, we want Bay Area residents to know we’ll be there for duct cleaning and heating issues. We’ll be pushing a good portion of our marketing dollars towards targeting that area, including Facebook deals, coupons, email discounts and more”, said Alex.
