Just prior to the opening round of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, two models, dressed in clothing custom printed with QR codes were stationed outside of Bally’s Casino on the strip. From 2-6pm on Wednesday, March 16, anyone with a smartphone and a QR reader app could “scan” the QR codes to instantly receive the exclusive OSGA Insider Betting Guide to March Madness on their phone, and be entered to win a 1979 NCAA Championship photo autographed by Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. Only people who “scanned” the girls during those hours were eligible to win the signed photo, valued at $550.00. The winner will be drawn during the Final Four and the winner notified via email.
