About the Author : Having qualified in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Spiritual Healing, Heather set up her own business which she practiced for 18 years. She has since largely concentrated on writing this book, a labour of love. Her favourite hobbies include singing and Amateur Dramatics, both of which she has enjoyed most of her life.
