Our Wasaga Beach Brand needs an extreme makeover! We need to change our mindset to reflect a brand of a strong, healthy, vibrant community that will offer an unparalleled experience to visitors.

Our Beach Brand needs an extreme makeover! It is our time to lead!
It all comes down to a saying I heard a long time ago “Change your thinking …change your life”.
Wasaga Beach is in need of a paradigm shift from “Beach” to “Leading Community”
We need to change our mindset to reflect a brand of a strong, healthy, vibrant community that will offer an unparalleled experience to visitors.

These kinds of remarks are eroding our base. A paradigm shift from Beach to Leading Community in the Georgian Triangle is in order. I believe that our shared vision for the town should find some thoughts in the following suggestion:
“Wasaga Beach as the Best Place to Live in Canada providing citizens the services,
cultural and social venues and means to achieve a Best in Class Quality of Life and offer
visitors an unparalleled level of hospitality and service.”
It is our time to lead the Georgian Triangle to set the stage for new beginnings where Quality of Life is part of our brand and all visitors appreciate the richness of experience our community has to offer. We need to engage our partners and boldly strike out with a Master Plan to make towards 2020 our time to lead.
We get there with a Master Plan
• We need a baseline; what do we have; skills, assets, etc; where are we now; what’s working, what’s not working.
• We need a modern forum; how do we engage our stakeholders and our partners and get meaningful input
• We need a Shared Vision; What do we see for Wasaga Beach in 2020 in relation to our residents and our Georgian Triangle partners
Vote for a shift in thinking. Vote for leadership. Vote for Gary Cerantola as your Wasaga Beach Councillor.
