Our youth in trouble? PROPER EDUCATION IN THE URBAN BECOMING FAKE! What happen to proper education?

I would like to introduce myself to you and your organization. My name is Ms. Carlena Gourdine proud owner & founder Of CrazyCee Productions & non-profit organization Soul Sistaz En Company for over 21yrs now. Our non-profit organization caters to at risk youth we offer a plethora of opportunity in the form of urban art culture. Such as: Urban dance, poetry club, street musical theater, fitness programs, hip hop boot camp, summer urban street musical theater camp, performance/programs, demonstrations, arts & craft and much more! In the past we have acquired several grants for our efforts in underprivileged and overlooked areas. Such as poverty stricken, single parent homes, low income families, recreation centers, PAL Centers, libraries, DARE, TAAG, Golden Ring Middle School along with 50 public schools & much more annually. In visiting those facilities & schools we were not pleased with what we encountered on our journey. The lack of education, physical fitness & exercise that is offered and the lack of access to it for today's children. Our youth are not only losing the arts programs, recreation centers along with the after school programs, but also gym classes that are losing a sense of effort, drive, fundamental value, fitness, interpretive expression & guidance to know the difference. Our children have been deduced to hanging on street corners, malls, parks, alleys & any place they can find. Today's generations parents / guardians are young themselves most single parents work more than one job to make ends meet. Alot also are no income families due to economy cutbacks, layoffs etc. whom have more than one child. We found that alot of these unfortunate situations today's parents have been subjected to, use some of these places as their only alternative to nursery, daycare or recreational activity for their children. This is due to lack of resources offered & financial hardship their subjected to with no other outlet for their child to express themselves and grow while having a strong foundation to learn & build from.
Well, Soul Sistaz En Company (Non- Profit) dances to a different beat through CrazyCee Productions we have been able to offer services that most don't can't and won't! That's proper urban art culture education and it's 38 year history. We believe that each child has opportunity to change their path with guidance, focus, discipline, dedication, determination, physical fitness along with wisdom to comprehend that they have a choice to change!

Soul Sistaz En Company(Non-Profit) offers over 30 programs in the school systems, and we will be producing over 8-12 showcases & productions per year, along with private funded programs. We are a team of professionals in our field of expertise with outstanding careers in the industry. We at CrazyCee Productions are living proof of success that CHANGE can come from nurturing a child and helping them believe in themselves. Some of the many diverse services we offer & have provided in the past are as follows: fitness/dance training programs, hip hop boot camp, puppet theater, live stage plays, musical theater,street dance workshops, Urban dance programs, mini concerts, demonstrations, master classes, we also produce showcases, contest, competitions & much more.

All of these services we offer promises to give each and every child a fundamental purpose along with positive role models, positive attitude, focus, motivation, confidence, stamin, physical & mental fitness, better eating habits and a strong sense of direction as well as something to believe in....If we have touched one child with our effort it is all worth the fight to help direct them on a positive path.

With all this in mind we would like to offer our services to you in hopes that we may partner in the not so distant future. Soul Sistaz En Company just hosted our 1st spring bizarre expo on April 23rd in Baltimore City sponsored by CrazyCee Productions. It was a success and would love to entertain providing the services once again and many others in the city and county. Below we provided some clips of services we produced here in Maryland areas. Being veterans in our field we have more than enough material to produce our past and present purpose to be considered to produce some of our programs and or events in your location or surrounding locations. We've taken the liberty of putting a few links below for you to take a look inside our programs and or services in hopes that this helps give you a better understanding of our mission in the Maryland area. As we move strength to strength we hope you are on board, to make the decision to assist us with our efforts and continue our services.
