Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Models Stocks Vehicle Satisfaction Award Winners

The Jeep Grand Cherokee and Chrysler Town & Country topped all other vehicles in their classes, receiving the highest satisfaction ratings among owners.

California-based automotive research agency AutoPacific created the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards to function as a point of reference for customer satisfaction in the automotive industry. To determine the winners, AutoPacific surveyed more than 68,000 new vehicle owners across the country, asking them questions across 48 different categories that “objectively measure the ownership experience.”

“Vehicles that score highest in the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are delivering value and satisfaction across a wide range of attributes,” says George Peterson, president of AutoPacific.

Survey participants rated the Jeep Grand Cherokee as the vehicle satisfaction winner in the premium midsize SUV category. The Chrysler Town & Country van received the same honor in the minivan category. Executives at Chrysler note that the awards are indicative of the automaker’s fresh approach to product execution, which also earned Chrysler top nods as the 2011 AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards Top Popular Brand.
