Charlie, a native of Rocky Mount, NC, brings more than 15 years of local Real Estate experience to his new position.

Charlie studied as an Education Major at Elizabeth City State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. He has been living and enjoying the Outer Banks for the past 20 years after vacationing here annually since his youth.
Charlie served Outer Banks vacationers year round as the Owner and Operator of Duck Inn Bed & Breakfast of Duck, NC and most recently the Maintenance Manager of Ships Watch in Duck, NC. Charlie was part of the Sales Team for the largest sale in 2003, a $3 Million sale for a home in Duck, NC. Charlie’s vast array of expertise in the Real Estate Industry, of not on the Outer Banks, but also Panama, makes him a major asset to Outer Banks Blue.

He is joining Donna Young Whitley and Catherine Brown Stratchan, to make our Sales Team truly a "Sales Team".
