Outrageous Poet, Krunchie Killeen, suggests that, under the influence of Giovanni Trapattoni, Ireland has abandoned the Spud in favour of Macaroni

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 11, 2011 -- Krunchie Killeen, outrageous poet, has placed a poster on the Web that suggests that, under the influence of Giovanni Trapattoni, manager of the Irish soccer team, Ireland has abandoned the Spud (potatoe) in favour of macaroni.

The humorous poem (titled "Paddy Macaroni") was actually written in 2008, when Trapattoni first arrived as Ireland manager; and included in Krunchie's book of poems, ("Outrageous Poems", available on the web from the author's site, www.KilleenPoems.com).
