(Englewood Cliffs, NJ November 15, 2010) Castle Windows, which currently operates inNew York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts,Rhode Island, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and New Hampshire, has big expansion plans before the year is up along more of the East Coast. Despite the down economy, CEO Chris Cardillo is set to expand and increase staff by about 20%, all before January 15th.

“We have already expanded operations and have the need for added marketing and customer service personnel,” says Cardillo. “We have also acquired the customer base from a large competitor of ours and so we need more employees to assure the same level of service.” This is good news in a time with record levels of unemployment and company bankruptcies. Cardillo expects to bring on about 30 people, most of who will be in south Jersey, with the rest spread throughout the New England and southern states.

Castle Windows, established over thirty years ago, is now a multi-million dollar Mt. Laurel, New Jersey-based company. The company has 175 employees and about $55 million in annual revenue, which Cardillo estimates could grow to 300 people, with an annual revenue of $100 million in six years. Castle Windows is ranked as one of the top 10 home improvement companies in the industry, which includes roofing, siding, and window firms.
