(Free-Press-Release.com) May 12, 2010 -- Pace Trailer Sales & Service, Grand Rapids Michigan is pleased to announce that they are the dealer for Reitnouer, Inc. in the Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois & Indiana area on their new line of Transfer trailers. Both the tipper trailer and the moving floor trailer line will be built in Reading, PA.
These trailers are used for many different applications- Wood chips, mulch, saw dust, corn, cotton, recyclables, municipal waste, and demolition to name a few.

No welds and being an all bolted, is one of the main reasons that Reitnouer, Inc. has had so much success in having the highest customer retention rate in our industry while maintain the lowest warranty claims year after year with their aluminum flatbed trailers. The design of these trailers will be to “reduce down time” and improve the “ease of reparability”.
The Reitnouer, Inc. reputation for the past 25 years is that they stand behind their products, this is one reason they have the highest customer retention rate in the industry. The flat bed line has held the number one spot for trailer sold for many years and are looking to have the same success for the transfer trailers.

The side panel will be supported in three ways- First, panels are interlocked to reduce high stress areas, second an adhesive with a 3,360 psi is generously applied to all seams to even out the stress points and third, bolted with lock bolts. This design will not have the usual strength loss that has been prevalent in the welded designs. The unique wall design has 70% fewer inside seams than the traditional vertically welded designs. Stainless steel and cast iron is used throughout the steel parts to eliminate corrosion. The low profile fifth wheel adds more cubes while lowering your overall height, which also lowers the trailer’s center of gravity. Hat shaped cross members increase rigidity without adding weight. The one-piece wraparound bulkhead header has no seams to fail and there is an extra thick top rail for durability.
