In the framework of the French cultural festival “La Fete 2012” The Pullman Bangkok King Power and the Toot Yung Gallery are pleased to present an In Situ work by Pakitsilp Varamissara in the Hotel lobby.

Four monumental paintings, made especially for the Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel’s lobby, will be displayed from February 24th – 31st March 2012. Pakitsilp Varamissara trained in the discipline of traditional Thai painting, which has served as a foundation for the artistic challenges of his over thirty year career. The rich cultural heritage of Thailand inspires the artist as he works to reconcile tradition and modernity, most recently achieving a simplicity that borders on abstraction.
