Paresh Shah appointed as CEO of Allied Digital Service Ltd.

Mr. Paresh Shah, who recently was inducted on the Board as an Executive Director, takes over as the CEO of the Company with immediate effect. Paresh has extensive and diverse experience in Business Transformation, Enterprise Solutions Architecture and Total Outsourcing solutions. His career experience in IT spans over 24 years in diverse technologies and industries such as Telecom, Banking, Retail and Enterprise. Prior to Allied Digital, Paresh acted as Global Practice Head, Enterprise Technologies for Wipro. Paresh was instrumental in developing business models and solution architectures for technology transformation at Wipro. Other leading positions that he held at Wipro were Chief Solutions Architect and Division Head for Innovations. Welcoming the new CEO, Mr. Nitin Shah said, “Paresh brings to the table invaluable experience from his previous experiences as a technology transformation architect and we are confident that his leadership and vision will drive the Company into the next stage of growth.” The outgoing CEO, Mr. Bimal Raj has stepped down from the post of CEO and Executive Director of the Board due to personal reasons. Commenting on his move, Bimal said, “While the decision to step down from the Company was a tough one, certain personal commitments catalysed this decision. I am confident that Allied Digital and the new leadership team is well equipped to move towards the next phase in its transformation process.”
