SOUTHFIELD, Mich. “ Park West Gallery founders Albert and Mitsie Scaglione have been accused, and are set to be convicted, of having big hearts. In participation with the Muscular Dystrophy Association's (MDA) annual Lock-Up fundraiser, the Scagliones are raising œbail in support of the fight against neuromuscular diseases.
