Co-Creating, Indeed! AKRNA Creates a Nonprofit Alliance that's TRUE to Mission of Collaborating for Mutual Benefit: All proceeds are returned to nonprofit organizations, "And we find that attractive!"

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 30, 2012 -- AntaKarana Co-Creation Learning Project (AKRNA) announced it is Partnering with Vehicles for Charity (VFC) to process all their donated vehicles. This organization is an especially fine fit with one of AKRNA's prime foci, specifically, that of collaborating with charitable organizations open to sharing and expanding the reach of each other with creative solutions.

Since 1995, VFC has processed vehicles for over 400 charities including more than 50 Public Radio and TV stations. This experience translates into an efficiency and expertise with the donation process.

According to Sharon Quinn, Program Director of AKRNA, “Collaborating with VFC frees us up to focus on what we do best, and that is to teach others the ropes of change with great pedagogy geared to completely prepare graduates for 21st century living challenges!”

VFC will handle all details of the vehicle donation process. “We have confidence in their program since it has a long standing positive track record. Their program is unusual in that all proceeds are returned to nonprofit organizations, and we find that especially attractive ,” remarks Quinn.

According to Dennis Fadden, Manager of VFC’s Corporate Alliances, “One nonprofit organization helping another to generate much need funding has been the cornerstone of the affiliate program since its inception”.

"We're excited about the doors of funding opportunity this alliance opens for AKRNA as we're emerging from our think tank and curricula development phase into our public start up phase. Funding is key to success,” notes Sharon Quinn.

AKRNA’s reform efforts are geared to encourage alliances, cooperation, and collaboration between educational reform movements in order to co-create an educational paradigm shift focused on results in the classroom today, creating a critical mass, aimed at tomorrow’s celebration, whereby, we will have collectively attained the desired outcome of graduates being fully prepared for the Technology and Information Age that is their rapidly evolving present and future.

Kids are in classrooms today, suffering boredom under the tedious thumb of rote teaching, superficial testing metrics, and curricula not keeping pace with needs of unparalleled changing times! People are increasingly clamoring for education reform answers that will impact the classroom TODAY, and not just define the issues facing educational reform.

AKRNA has answers that address both long term and short term actions that shift the way we do the business of education to be more cognitively and socially responsive. These answers were extrapolated from a five year research project led by Sharon Quinn and Tina Samuel which validated enhanced learning curves when the cognitive domain was merged with the affective domain.

The increased learning outcomes, exceeding the Oklahoma State standards, coupled with notable increases in student involvement and motivation to learn of their own volition, became the foundation for what is now the driving forces behind AKRNA’s mission and emergence as an agent of educational change.

AntaKarana’s systems thinking approach is about “Doing Education Right!” Quinn explains, “For us, parents, teachers, and businesses, that means graduating students prepared for 21st century living because anything less is an educational failure not meeting socio-economic and personal needs.”

AKRNA anticipates a Gentle Educational Revolution benefiting kids today and society tomorrow with answers! Nothing signals prosperity like having how-to answers and tools available today!

This alliance will help us to advance the missions of both organizations; both organizations look forward to a long and prosperous relationship – a clear win-win, making the world a more collaborative enterprise, one alliance at a time!
