Pastor Gowin/Karing in action

Karing In Action, a real not for profit ministry legally operating in TX, that Crystal Drive Baptist Church, Crystal Drive Bible Church, Gowin Industries and two other churches from years past were nothing but fronts for Charles E. Gowin to sell properties illegally and as a fraudulent tax shelter. The supporting evidence was provided to the volunteer’s of Karing In Action, Inc. by members of the real churches, neighbors of the properties in question and anonymous citizens in the community. All of these documents are a matter of public records. The white-collar crimes of Mr. Gowin and his associates, his so-called church members, which are really nothing but relatives by blood or marriage (at least the majority).Mr. Gowin’s crime spree goes back over 20 years involving both state and federal tax fraud, tax evasion, embezzlement of funds, misappropriation of funds, filling false federal and state documents to secure tax-exempt status, coercing members of his so-called church to forge and file false documents, claiming to have Texas corporations when in fact no such corporations existed and selling a property which his so-called church did not own to a 71 year old lady from El Salvador who supposedly gave it to her grandson a few months later when she not only does not read or write English but does not even read or write Spanish and signs her name (Fedelina Estrada) with an X. Mr. Gowin did go to CBS NEWS in Dallas, TX with false information to hide his crimes and hoped to gain the support of the community. The same community that furnished us with the documents which had we not been given Mr. Gowin would have successfully stole another $1,500.000.00 in addition to all the fraudulent mortgages he executed on the properties at Crystal Drive Balch Springs, TX.Neighbors had also reported to us that when all the electrical wiring was removed from the Bruton Warehouse, the Hickory Tree House and the Lake June Property that Mr. Gowin and his son Robert removed the wiring for insurance fraud. Mr. Gowin told our volunteer’s who are no longer with Karing In Action that someone from the Dallas Morning News stole the wiring because there was no forcible break in and they were the only one’s with the keys to the property except for Mr. Gowin and his son. The endeavor of Karing in Action was to prevent the illegal sale of the Lake June Property and return it to the original congregation, which Mr. Gowin took it from after he and his family, ran off the real members.
