PATLive announces the release of its Application Programming Interface (API) feature that allows customers to automatically downloads call records and import them into a CRM or reporting package.

Use of the API feature allows customers who use reporting software easier access to their call information by eliminating the steps of having to log into their PATLive account, download their call data and upload it into their reporting software each day. Customers now have the option to have their call data automatically integrated with their third-party software.
