Upland, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) September 24, 2010 -- Paul Biane Supervisor is member of the Board of Supervisors in County of San Bernardino. Through his efforts and involvement in the decisions regarding the community, he has helped make the whole community a better place to live for its residents. The Board of Supervisors along with Paul Biane had to take stringent measures to strengthen the security and law enforcement measures in Second District.

Paul Biane helped and guided the Board of Directors for purchasing and renovating privately owned prison in Adelanto so that the County prisons could stop overcrowding in their own prisons. The new prisons gave the County space for more than 700 prisoners in one year and thus the County was able to save up to $60 million by this move. Paul Biane also provided strong support to the ICE law enforcement program to identify illegal aliens in the County jails and deport the criminals once their jail sentences were over.

As the community needed better safety arrangements to deal with emergency situations, Paul Biane passed the construction of new fire stations so that seasonal wildfires could be controlled without extensive damage. To add to this, he increased the number of firefighters in the fire prone areas. He also worked to increase the number of Deputy Sheriffs patrolling the mountain communities and he expedited Emergency Response Services for San Antonio Heights. To increase the safety of the Foothill neighborhoods, Paul Biane secured the funds to build new Sheriff’s station in North End of Rancho Cucamonga.
