He has extensive years of experience in the security industry with special expertise in personal protection, special events and fire safety. He completed a rigorous training to become a Police Officer from New York City Police Academy – New York, New York. He is also the recipient of various credentials such as NYS Security License; 8 and 16 Hours Security Certified; CPR and First Aid Certified; Fire Guard Certified and Fire Safety Director FDNY Letter of Compliance.

For over 17 years, Paul Iulo NYPD has worked with the New York Police Department and he retired as a homicide detective. As a Police Officer from 1991 to 1997, he coordinated and executed community policing efforts, developed and maintained a strong rapport with residents and merchants; investigated and resolved public concerns. He also performed regular patrols to enforce local, city and state laws. He then served as New York Detective and was tasked with the responsibility of planning, organizing and conducting investigations in a wide range of accusations and leads including grand larceny and homicide. He was also engaged in covert/overt operations leading to arrest; authorized electronic surveillance and coordinated and executed "buy and bust" operations.
