Paul Nesbit (27) from Ashington, who has worked as an IT specialist, has started his own business, North East Super Car Hire, with the acquisition of a classic sports car with the acquisition of a classic sports car – A Ferrari 348. The distinctively coloured yellow Ferrari is a mid-engined, rear wheel drive V8-powered 2-seat sports car. It is capable of a top speed of 170 miles per hour and can achieve an amazing 0-60 mph in 5.4 seconds.

Paul’s passion for cars started as a boy where he clearly remembers having a poster of the 348 on his bedroom wall. “Generations of youngsters have grown up with pictures of classic sports cars on their walls,” he said. “Now I can help people to make their driving dreams come true by hiring out the Ferrari by the day, weekend or week.”

The Ferrari is available on a self drive or chauffeur driven basis with all insurances included in the hire price meaning that it is no longer just the rich and famous who can afford to experience this classic sports car. Paul is excited at the thought of making people’s dreams come true and he already has had a lot of interest from customers wanting to hire the car for birthday treats and special occasions like weddings.
