Peacock Bar Christmas Lunch Party Menu - Christmas Parties with burlesque, cabaret, DJs and Dancing

Due to overwhelming demand we are also holding our burlesque & cabaret lunchtime party shows weekdays Monday -Friday from 1st December to 24th December with a special emphasis on catering for Christmas Party Groups. We have a special 3 course restaurant Christmas Lunch Menu including all the trimmings at £25 per head with drinks from 12.30pm. In between courses our performers with be entertaining you and yes we will gladly humilate any bosses foolish enough to get on stage in between being jolly nice of course to everyone else . After lunch we have more cabaret and dancing before we kick you all out about 5ish well sozzled.

Oh and it's all recorded by our photographers for ever too plus if you tell us something about your company our performers can prepare material specially for your Company Christmas Party

We also have rubbish 80/90s cheesy Djs on hand for that real cheapo office lunch feel (you know the one where you play footsie with your secretary under the table and she kicks you really really hard).

Come on having your Office Christmas lunch party at the Peacock has got to be more fun than some boring old sit down lunch in some grubby little restaurant

NOW that has to be something worth doing this Christmas!!!


Appendix - Christmas Lunch menu (£25 per head)

Christmas Lunch is served with four shows by two performers. One will be a romantic singer in the Dean Martin / Frank Sinatra tradition (ahhh so sweet) and the other well lets just say he/she/ the transsexual will be livening things up a bit (in a cat amongst the pigeons kind of way!). After lunch there is Djs and dancing with Dj Paul Knight and DJ Diskojuice till we chuck you all out onto to the street well sozzled!

For each lunch we have a maximum capacity of 150 people and we recommend minimum group sizes of 15 people. For Companies looking to book the whole venue we can provide an a la carte menu of food and performances for you,


Oh and we are expecting volunteers from the audience from each group and if we do not get any well..........our Giant Chicken will have to spring into operation!

Starters

Cream of parsnip and honey soup with sunflower bread and butter

Duck orange and cranberry pate with brioche

Smoked Salmon, goat's cheese and chive mousse roulade with toasted white bloomer



Main

Roast free range turkey with cranberry and chestnut stuffing, sausages wrapped in bacon, roast potatoes and fresh vegetables

Salmon Wellington with mushroom stuffing, crushed new potatoes and wild mushroom sauce

Roasted butternut squash, parsnip and sage risotto



Sweets

Homemade Christmas pudding with dark rum sauce and brandy butter

Rich chocolate mousse tart

Treacle tart with vanilla ice cream



Note all meals served at high tables with individual portioned meals and guests are supplied with crackers, silly party hats and other Christmassy stuff
