Pedagogy, Inc. emphasizes Long Term Care facility strategies to reduce re-hospitalizations

There appears to be little doubt that LTC facilities will face penalties for not reducing hospitalizations. The current administration's recommendation for significant cuts in reimbursement rates for SNF's with excessive hospital admission rates virtually mandates that facility management evaluate policies and procedures which affect re-hospitalization, implement necessary improvements, and educate their staff in order to survive.
