FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Princeton, New Jersey, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) December 30, 2010 -- Pennington, NJ

Chris Amaro of ‘Fit Body Boot Camp, Pennington’ announces the January 3rd to February 11th ‘Frowns Upside Down: Boot Camp for CASA’ Fundraiser which has pledged to raise $400 to Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Mercer County to ensure that children suffering from abuse and neglect are given the support they need to guarantee their placement in safe, loving and permanent homes.

“The abuse and neglect of children happens at every socioeconomic level, throughout all ethnicities, and at all levels of education. As a result of such a tumultuous childhood, some children eventually develop social, substance, and psychiatric problems well into adulthood. Tragically, an estimated 3 out of 10 abused and neglected children will abuse and neglect their own children as parents, thus continuing the cycle. It’s no way for a child to be brought up or for a family to live. And strong communities are built upon strong families with lovingly raised children that will one day give back to their own community. That is why Pennington Fit Body Boot Camp is going to donate $100 to CASA of Mercer County, through the ‘Frowns Upside Down: Boot Camp for CASA” program, each time someone participates,” says Chris Amaro, operator of Pennington Fit Body Boot Camp.

‘Frowns Upside Down: Boot Camp for CASA” fundraiser will take place at #55 Route 31 South. Building C Pennington, NJ 08534 (inside Motion Gymnastics). Activities include: total-body exercises, group training, cardio and core training for 45 minutes to burn fat and tone “problem areas” of the body.

All participants will not only help Mercer County children in need of a loving home, but also will receive a 30-Day nutrition and cardiovascular plan to help burn fat and build lean muscle. In addition, participants will also receive an initial free 1-week trial to prepare themselves for their body transformation.

“Funding for CASA of Mercer County comes from a variety of public and private sources, but the courts are not one of those sources, emphasized CASA Development Director Randall Kirkpatrick. “We’re funded by grants, foundations, individual and corporate donations, and contributions made to us as by the National CASA Association. Pennington Fit Body Boot Camp is offering a unique way not just to keep the community fit, but also to spread awareness and facilitate a way for others to help our cause” explained Kirkpatrick.

The ‘‘Frowns Upside Down: Boot Camp for CASA” fundraiser is scheduled to operate from Monday, January 3rd to Friday, February 11th (M, W, F 6:45AM, 7:30AM, & 8:15AM). “With the new year already started, this is a great way to not only keep that new year’s resolution of getting fit, but also protecting the future generation of Mercer County, “ comments Chris Amaro.
