Fit Body Boot Camp commits to ‘GO Pink! Boot Camp for Breast Cancer’

Pennington, NJ Chris Amaro of ‘Fit Body Boot Camp, Pennington’ announces the October 11th-29th, 2010 ‘GO Pink! Boot Camp for Breast Cancer’ Fundraiser which has pledged to raise $500 to The YWCA Princeton Breast Cancer Resource Center to help make a difference in the lives of women and families affected by breast cancer.

“Almost 13% of all women will get breast cancer in their lifetime. It is also the leading cause of cancer death in women between the ages of 15 and 54. While breast cancer awareness has commanded much well deserved attention, we can not take a lax position in its support. Especially when the odds are that it has affected someone close to our circle of family or friends. That is why Fit Body Boot Camp is going to donate $100 to The Breast Cancer Resource Center, through its ‘GO Pink! Boot Camp for Breast Cancer Program’, each time someone participates. If you’ve ever wanted to have a good time and yet help a very worthy cause, now is the time to do it,” says Chris Amaro, operator of Pennington Fit Body Boot Camp.

The ‘GO Pink! Boot Camp for Breast Cancer fundraiser will take place at #55 Route 31 South. Building C Pennington, NJ 08534 (inside Motion Gymnastics). Activities include: total-body exercises, group training, cardio and core training for 45 minutes to burn fat and tone “problem areas” of the body.

All participants will not only walk away having helped local Mercer County women, but also with a 30-Day nutrition meal plan to help burn fat and build lean muscle. In addition, participants will also receive a free 1-week trial and a $10 body and beauty gift certificate.

“As is the case with thousands of other non-profit programs across the country, annual donations have not matched previous years’ due to recent national distress. We are dedicated, however, to continuing to fully support the women and families of our community affected by breast cancer. With the help of unique programs, such as ‘GO Pink!’ and the people that participate, we’ll always be around to provide educational programs and patient/survivor support services,” says BCRC’s Director Kara Stephenson.

The ‘GO Pink! Boot Camp for Breast Cancer’ fundraiser is scheduled to operate from Monday, October 11th to Friday, October 29th (M, W, F 6:45AM & 7:30AM). “This is a great way to help women and, even men too, going through or living with breast cancer. If this is a matter that has affected your life in any way, this can be your chance to help others through some tough times,” comments Chris Amaro.
