Pennsylvania Child Support Discriminates against Lay people

If you are not a state worker in the state of pennyslvania, go to pa child support website and check out the benefits of being a state worker. The child support agency actually publicly post on their website, and I quote, if you are a state worker your child support is not being deducted. Well, what about us non state workers. ?? I just checked my credit report and for the last 2 months because of loss of income, i am late. Child Support has reported me late as a collection. I want to know if they are reporting the state workers as same status? The nerve of the agency. Everyone paying child support log on to the website and print out the page and go see your lawyer. That is outright discrimination. Total discrimination, dont you think? It clearly states,CHILD SUPPORT MAY NOT BE SENT TO YOUR FAMILY DURING THE STATE BUDGET IMPASSE OR MAY BE SENT IN A REDUCED AMOUNT. Well pa, child support clearly wont be sent to my exwife until my impasse is passed! Any Lawyer reading this contact me, have i got a story for you.
