In Behind Blue Eyes, McGann develops a horror story around relationships, families and survival. After the Night Butcher’s brutal murder of his tenth victim, eighteen year old Helen Grant, Jack Brown finds himself, his wife and three daughters, only twenty-five miles away from where her tortured body was found. Are Jack and his family safe?

An engaging read, Behind Blue Eyes leads the reader down the path and into the mind of a blue-eyed, sadistic serial killer; and that of Jack Brown, a respected businessman and member of the community, and loving husband and father.
