(Free-Press-Release.com) March 19, 2010 -- ONTARIO, Calif.—Personnel Concepts, pioneer in the labor law compliance poster industry, has just introduced a CHIPRA Compliance Poster to enable employers with health insurance plans to advise their workforce of possible dependent care insurance subsidies and entitlements.
Effective May 1, 2010, employers with group health plans beginning between Feb. 4, 2010 and May 1, 2010 will be required to notify their employees of the provisions of the newly enacted Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act, or "CHIPRA."

CHIPRA allows most states to provide health insurance assistance for employees who have children, reducing their premium amounts in most cases. Under CHIPRA, it is mandatory that covered employers notify their employees of their rights and benefits under the law, as well as providing the contact information to the state’s child health plan assistance program.
The CHIPRA Compliance Poster will fulfill the new notice requirements that apply to all businesses that offer health benefits to employees. CHIPRA requires employers to provide a notice informing employee health plan participants of their right to apply for such assistance and who to contact within their state for more information.
